We confirm by phone or email within a few hours of receiving your form, Monday through Saturday. Same-day pickups are available based on driver availability.
Each bag holds approximately 20–25 pounds — about one to two weeks of laundry for one person. We provide your reusable Maison bag when your first order is confirmed.
No. Contactless pickup is the default. Leave your bag at the door and we'll handle the rest, sending you a photo confirmation when collected.
Yes. Parents can set up and manage an account for their student at College of Charleston and other local campuses. We coordinate pickup directly with the student.
If you're unhappy for any reason, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we re-wash at no charge. No questions asked.
